We are launcing a FREE controlled 6-week pilot for teams and academies to test guided cognitive training protocols, passive EEG trends, biofeedback and coach-ready reports.

Pilot programme

A first controlled, measurable and lean project.

Start with a controlled group of athletes, guided protocols and a final report shared with the staff.

Week 1

Baseline + familiarisation

Staff and athlete onboarding, individual baseline and protocol definition.

Weeks 2–3

Planned guided sessions

Focus on activation, pressure, imagined technique and recovery.

Weeks 4–6

Continuation + consolidation

Protocol repetition, baseline comparison and final trend report.

Based on data collected in experiments and trials already carried out, the plan follows a mixed linear-periodic method. Although they may seem “easy” at the beginning, the exercises are designed incrementally for mental effort and development of self-regulation skills. A purely linear method progressively increases difficulty, but risks overload. A purely periodic method alternates loads and recoveries, but may be less intuitive for an MVP. The best solution is a mixed method: linear progression within periodised blocks.
